The Building Process

Q: How long does it take to have my website completed?
A:You can expect your website created within 5 business days or less.

Q: Do you build custom websites from the ground up?
A:Unfortunately, we do not, we offer websites based on our template technology and the affiliate programs in which we promote. However, customized solutions can be applied to our template technology with some limitation.

Q: Once I purchase a website, what is the next step?
A:Once you purchase a website, you will receive a confirmation email and one of our representatives will contact you within 48 hours. Once she is able to obtain some required information for your website, we will begin the building process. You will receive a confirmation email once we begin to work on your site and a welcome package via email once your site is available to be viewed online.

Q: Do you offer non-English based websites?
A:At this time, all website we offer are in English, as well as the programs in which you will be able to promote on your website.

Domain Name

Q: Do I need a domain name?
A:Yes. This is the only process at this time in which we do not include in the building process on our end. You will need to register with a domain registry service, such as GoDaddy.com, once completed, to let us know the domain name. They you will need to re-direct the DNS name servers to A.NS.BuildOffers.com. But rest assured one of our representatives will assist you with the process if you require assistance.

Q: What domain name should I use?
A:That is entirely up to you. But we suggest picking a domain name that is relevant to the services or products in which you plan to promote on your website. Remember, your domain name must be available and not registered by someone else.

Q: Can you build my site without a domain name?
A:Unfortunately, we cannot, the domain name is vital to getting your site live; it is also how we customize your website logo.

Q: We have multiple number of domains, are discounts available?
A:In the event you would like to host a number of domains with different websites, we can setup exclusive deals and discounts for those who plan to have 10 or more sites created. You will want to contact us directly on any propositions you may have.

Affiliate Programs

Q: How do the affiliate programs work through my site?
A:The process is simple. You select the products or services you would like to have promoted on your website. Once added, when a visitor comes to your site, clicks on any of the offers displayed on your website, then completes the order on the advertiser page, you earn a commission on the sale or service purchased by the visitor. All tracking and reporting is in place, so you don't need to worry about any technical aspects or tracking, we take care of all that for you, essentially everything is "turnkey".

Q: Do I have to include all the affiliate programs you offer on my new site?
A:No, you select which affiliate programs you would like to have included. You can always add or remove affiliate programs from your site through our online interface. The programs are automatically added to your website once selected.

Q: Am I guaranteed to be approved for all affiliate programs?
A:We have set agreements in place that allows us to ensure that all clients who purchase one of our websites will be automatically approved for our participating affiliate programs. There are, however, a few private and restricted programs that approve sites on an individual basis. You can apply for those programs once your site is built through the online interface.

Q: Which affiliate programs are participating with your site building program?
A:To see a list of participating affiliates, click here. Please note new programs are always being added to our network on a weekly basis.

Q: Do I have to use your affiliate programs, or can I add my own?
A:Yes where the product or service apply or purchase buttons or links appear. However, you can always add banners and text links on your site to affiliate programs that you have an account with through another network, as long as they do not interfere with the content delivery solutions we have for your website.

Q: How many affiliate programs can I add to my site?
A:There is no limitation to the number of programs you can add, you can add as many as you like to the maximum amount in which we have available in our network. We are always adding new programs to the network, on a weekly basis, so we encourage our clients to frequently come back to the network to see what new programs are available.

Cost to Maintain Your Website

Q: What are the minimum costs?
A:The minimum cost is the setup fee of $29.95 and the monthly maintenance fee of $35 per domain and website registered with BuildOffers.com.

Q: What does the monthly maintenance fee include?
A:The fee includes hosting your site on our servers, making sure all the affiliate program content is always updated, unlimited bandwidth for the traffic of your website, email addresses, future site enhancements, and design services (if you selected premium plans).

Q: Is hosting my site required to be done through BuildOffers.com?
A:Yes, it is. We have special agreements with advertiser to allow for the promotion of the products and services on your site through our hosting solutions. In addition, our content feeds for the affiliate products and services are only available through our hosting.

Q: Are there any additional costs?
A:There are no additional costs to maintain your website. However, if you would like further customization done to your site, we do charge an hourly rate for any amount over the hours included in your plan. In addition, any marketing costs, or outside costs you use to promote your website are incurred by you.

Q: Forms of Payment?
A:We accept all major credit cards for payments. This is the only method of payment offered at this time. Recurring hosting billing will be established with the credit card in which you purchased the website with.

Earning Commissions

Q: What are the payouts?
A:The payouts for the products and services vary. We have hundreds of different affiliate programs that you can promote in 19 different industries; some pay a commission on sales, while others pay a flat fee for a service rendered. For example, you can earn anywhere from 5% of a sale to $50 or more for an approved credit card application. In the event there is a specific group of products you are looking to promote and the payouts are an important factor prior to making a website purchase through BuildOffers.com, simply contact us, and we will gladly provide you with the payouts for the requested product types.

Q: How frequently do I get paid?
A:Payments are made on-average every 30 days and can be made by Direct Deposit into your checking account or by check sent by mail. Payments are sent from our affiliate partner, FlexOffers.com. You will have the convenience of receiving one check for all the affiliate programs in which you are promoting.

Q: How do I know if I made a sale?
A:Through our online interface, you will have access to detailed reporting, where you can see what your visitors click on and if a sale was made on any of the services or products you are promoting.

Q: How much does BuildOffers.com make on commissions?
A:As with any affiliate network, we do take a small commission on all sales or services reported as a sale. The commission varies per products offered, but our payouts are competitive and designed so that our clients make money through the BuildOffers.com program.

Q: How much can I expect to earn?
A:That truly depends on the marketing efforts you dedicate to your website. You can earn anywhere from several hundred to several thousand dollars or more per month. Some of our clients make more or less those amounts. But again, it does vary and we encourage all our new customers to promote their websites once they are ready, as there truly is no limit on the money you can earn from your website.

Customizing Your Website

Q: Can I make modifications to my site in the future?
A:Yes. You will be given various options to make additional changes through the online interface. In addition, any design work or modifications you would like to have done by our design team will also be available to you.

Q: What can I do through the online interface?
A:The online interface is designed to make managing your website and affiliate programs very easy. The entire process is automated and includes the following:

• My Website - Various options to further customize your website
• Support - Support services available to you if you need assistance

Marketing Your Website

Q: Do you offer any additional marketing tools or services?

Q: Do you provide any additional help with Keywords PPC marketing?
A:We do not provide assistance with this popular form of marketing.

Q: Do you offer customer support for our visitors?
A:This is something in which you will be responsible for. If any visitors have any questions in regards to your website, or services offered, they can contact you through your customer support form.

Q: Can I add "Google Ads", such as AdSense?
A:Yes, you can through our online interface.

Q: Can I use direct marketing for my website?
A:You can always promote your website in the way you find fit. However, you must abide by the Terms and Conditions set forth by the advertisers, many restrict email campaigns for their specific products or services, however, you can always simply promote your own website as long as you abide by the "Can Spam Act". However, when in doubt, contact your representative for further questions on what is permitted.

Refunds for Purchases

Q: Is the setup fee and monthly fee refundable?
A:The setup fee is non-refundable once we begin to build your website. If you decide to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of submitting your order to receive a full refund. The simple reason being is that one we dedicate our tech team to building your site, there is a cost involved here. However, the monthly fee can be cancelled anytime, but doing so will take your website offline.

Technical Questions

Q: Do I have to host the site with your servers?
A:Yes. This is necessary for automatic content updates, which ensures that your site is always compliant to the conditions of the affiliate programs. If you were to host your site on another server, it would result in your site content not being updated. This is a crucial key element when it comes to granting you automated access to a variety of advertiser programs.

Q: Do you offer FTP Access?
A:At this time we do not, the customization to your site must be done through our online interface.

Q: How much SEO Customization can be done?
A:There is some customization you can do to your site through our online interface, such as updating the Meta Data for the Title, Description, and Keywords.
